Friends of the Chelsea District Library is a member-supported, 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that fundraises, advocates, and works with community members and volunteers to support the Chelsea District Library. Become a member of the Friends or be a library volunteer and help build a strong, thriving community.
The next sale is Saturday, June 14 from 10am–1pm.
Our monthly Used Book Sale is held the second Saturday of every month and is the primary source of income for the Friends. Thousands of beautiful books, CDs, DVDs, audiobooks and other items are available for purchase. Proceeds from the sales are used to support the Library. Stop by the Friendly Book Cart, always available in the lobby for a great selection of “like-new” books at bargain prices.
